  • Where Are BeaYouTe Products Manufactured?
    All of BeaYouTe products are manufactured in the United Kingdom, using only safe and high-quality ingredients. All our products goes through thorough testing and are manufactured in a registered Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility.
  • Are Your Products Cruelty Free?
    At BeaYouTe, we stand firmly against any form of animal testing and guarantee that our products are never tested on animals.
  • Are Your Products Vegan Friendly?
    Absolutely, every item we offer is suitable for vegans.
  • Are Your Products Sulphate and Paraben Free?
    Absolutely! Rest assured that all of our products are completely free from sulphates and parabens. We understand the importance of using safe and gentle ingredients, so you can enjoy our products with peace of mind.
  • When Do you Product Expire?
    We have different expiry dates depending on the type of packaging: For closed pump containers, the expiry date is set at 12 months. For open containers, the expiry date is set at 6 months.
  • Do You Use Preservatives?
    Our products are safeguarded by a powerful duo of Ethylhexylglycerin and Phenoxyethanol, a paraben-free preservative blend that has been approved globally. This dynamic combination effectively combats bacterial, yeast, and fungal growth. We have consistently found this particular blend to be the most effective, especially given our high concentration of natural ingredients. Phenoxyethanol, although synthetically produced on a large scale, can also be found in nature in plants like green tea and chicory. Rest assured, the levels of these preservatives in our products adhere to cosmetic regulations, ensuring the safety and protection of our formulations against harmful microorganisms.
  • Can I Return or Exchange My Purchase?
    We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt purchase from https://beayoute.com. Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
  • How Do I Get a Refund Started?
    To start a return or exchange, please email info@beayoute.com with your specific return/exchange request to get started.
  • When Will I Get My Refund
    Once a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days to see it reflected on your original form of payment. If you opt-in for exchange, we'll issue you a store credit to purchase a new product.
  • How Quickly Will My Order Get Processed?
    Orders placed on https://beayoute.com will ship within 1-2 business days. ​ Your order will ship via Royal Mail or DPD and you'll receive a separate email with your tracking number. You can also see all order updates by logging into your BeaYouTe account. If you're unable to locate the email in your main inbox after 1-2 business days, feel free to check your spam or promo folders for an email from info@beayoute.com. We also recommend adding us to your contacts to prevent additional emails from going to spam.
  • What Countries Do You Ship To?
    Currently, our shipping services are limited to the UK. Nevertheless, we are enthusiastically searching for ways to broaden our horizons and extend our shipping services to encompass other countries.
